Magic Loans

Last night while I was browsing through the net, there’s something that had popped up into my mind. So what I did was searched for the website that offers Homeowner Loans. Perhaps, what prompted me to do a search for such kind of loans is that I am now planning to have our own house. I am already sick and tired of paying the monthly rent which cost me thousands aside from the other bills that hubby and I have been sharing for over a year already.

I guess it’s about time that we think of practicality. If we are going to rent every time, we will never save enough for our future especially for our little kid. I have also realized that instead of paying for the monthly rent which we will never own even after so many years, so why not pay for the monthly deposit for our own home. And by applying for a homeowner loan is probably a wise decision we must pursue.

I felt relieved when I finally found another hope with magicloans.co.uk. As I was reading all the details that they have there regarding the homeowner loans, it made me think for a while and I seemed so excited to apply for one. We don’t have enough money in our pocket to buy for a new house and lot. So the last resort that we are seeing as of the moment is to seek help from companies that do offer such. Why Do I Blog?

It's past 1:00 a.m. according to my computer clock. There's nothing really special why I keep myself awake even at this hour. I guess, I have just been used to staying late really and it has been part of my routine. But I must admit that it doesn't make sense at all since it affects my own system even to that of my work.

There's just something that is bothering me for a couple of weeks already but I just can't seem to tell exactly what it is. It could be emotional disturbance, I really don't know yet. While I know that I do have pending tasks to work on, I am just finding the best time to deal with them. I don't want to do the same negative thing again that I would cram just to get the job done. I badly needed the perfect time to do all these pending tasks including those I have set as my personal tasks. I am hoping to have it so sooooon, and I mean it really soon. Just like anybody else, I also don't wanna get caught up with these bothersome stuffs. It makes me feel uncomfortable. Do you know the feeling of wanting something to get done now and yet your mind seem to stop for awhile and nothing is feeding it to continue with more and more ideas? And listen to me now, am I already becoming nonsense here? I don't really know what I am talking about. I guess, I really need a little bit push and I'll be fine soon. And hope that soon will be later this morning. Let's see...hmmmm....

And oh, before I must forget le'mme deal with this tag from Sir Dex. It's been posted for so long I guess and it's just now that I remember this one...

How long have you been blogging?

It's been more than a year already since I started blogging. I guess it was early of January 2007 when I finally able to appreciate blogs, particularly the designs which I have been very much engaged with until now.

So far, I have more than 10 blogs and I am not sure of that if they are more than 10 or 20? Whaaat?! I know, I know they are too many. But the updated ones were just a few of them and I can tell exactly that I do have 10 monetized blogs so far. I need to update some of my blogs so I can also use them as monetized blogs.

What inspired you to start a blog and who are your mentors?

Honestly, Owenn and Mayan were the ones who convinced me to blog. I was not really convinced since I was too hard-headed then. The first question I threw them was that, "Will I earn money from that?", it was a joke actually. But since they are my friends I also wanna make them happy by giving them that simple favor. We have registered first at Multiply where we exchanged messages on the comment box, and it had seemed transformed as a yahoo messenger, lolz! And later on, when I discovered that my webpage designing hobby can be lifted up once again through these blogs had made me more become interested to venture in this kind of stuff.

Are you trying to make money online, or just doing it for fun?

Eventually, I discovered the different ways of monetized blogging from Pay Per Click, Pay Per Post, etc. or what is commonly known as the SEO thing.

I learned these crafts by searching more information regarding these crafts and applied them on my blog. I weighed the ones that seemed to be easy-money than the other sources. And the effort is worth it since I am now earning a decent income from this hobby.

Tell me three things you love about being online.

1. I am earning dollars just by getting online.
2. I get to know more peeps online and I happened to finally meet them in person, just like Diane.
3. The internet has been feeding me with lots of information that I wanna know without lifting a page from books.

Tell me three things you struggle within the online world.

1. I guess, I've been always itching to get online 24/7 but can't make it because of my other commitments.
2. I'm struggling to finish this tag since my eyes are getting droopy now.
3. I am struggling to recall if I have missed something for this question. So there I have it hahaha!

Oh it's 1:49 a.m. and it took me almost 46 minutes just to get this tag done, whew! I better shut this off now. See yah later guys! Nyt2!

Sectional Garages

Late last year before the year had ended, the whole family had moved to a new rented house. It is bigger this time and we even have a mini garage where a motorcycle can fit in. But the only problem that we are dealing with it right now is that it has no shed to cover whatever we are going to put on that space. Now that it’s been raining hard, we are afraid that a motorcycle could just rust out due to heavy rain.

There’s no enough time for further construction since it might just be washed out by the rain should we attempt to do that. Instead, we think of a good idea which we could make use as an alternative to what we have been used to in a construction. But we want to make sure that while it can be made rushed, it will still look better in and out of the compound.

I snagged this from diane. It seems so cool, ayt? I may not had a chance of getting into student mentoring, but I did become a blogging mentor and it feels really good to help others do the right thing.

Clear Your Debt

Just like anybody else, I also have gone through a lot of difficulties when it comes to financial matters. And I am not denying the fact that during those times, I have also incurred debts from someone else. Perhaps, some of you have also gone through this situation when no one would help you except finding for people who could lend you some bucks.

But there are times when some people tend to neglect of repeatedly getting into debt. It would be fine as long as you have an idea about Debt Management Plan. Understanding this could help you manage your debts and the ways on settling them soon.

In my case, I treat debt only as my last resort during my downtimes. But I don’t want to get used to it unless that I know the purpose of getting into it. And I am now actually planning to start one as soon as I find a good lending company. Should I venture on it, I will make sure that I have clearly studied a debt management plan so there will be no regret at the end.

Love is in the Air

It's Valentine's Day and greetings had filled the inboxes of many, some sent their warmth greetings via YM. In my case, I had these Valentine greetings in my email, YM, mobile phone, and of course from my sweet and ever loving hubby.

He woke me up with a kiss, whispered his Valentine greetings in my ear. I responded and greeted him the same way as he did. I tried to wake up although I was still feeling sleepy. He's been my constant alarm clock, telling me to wake up so I won't be late again. (what's new?!) I stood up and searched something inside my bag where I grabbed my Valentine present for him. Sure, he didn't expect it and it made me happier when I saw him beaming with joy and flattery. I handed him the necklace and greeted him once again. How sweet, lolz!

I was in the office when hubby texted me, reminding me of our dinner date.

Here I am, feeling loved for hundred times, lolz!

Threesome Dates on Valentine's Day

Hubby treated me for a dinner date at Bigg's. We have been celebrating this day for 4 years with only the two of us, but since Bendyk would always want to tag along with us, we had no choice but to bring him on our date, lolz! It was so happy, anway. In fact, hubby and I are laughing at ourselves for we never thought that it would be so quick to have a new created 'lil kiddo in between us. We would reminisce those times when we all think about is the YOU and ME. But now that we have our Prince Bendyk, we are much happier for there is someone in between us, tying us so tightly so we could keep this relationship the best way it can.

5th Pay-Out: Sony Ericson Z610i

The wait was a no joke, swear! Paypal pissed me off since the start of February of 2008. The withdrawal process was pending for about two weeks. And I never read any mail from them explaining why and when it will be resolved. They emailed me but it was too late. I was already irritated of their service and seemed to lose hope, since I do not know whether I will still be able to get my money or it will just be a T.Y.

But somehow I felt relieved when my withdrawal status changed to complete. Yipeee! Does it call for a celebration? Hmmm...Le'mme think of that first. The thrifty gal, alright!

As always, the fruit of labor was spent to something worthy. Yea, I shared it to some peeps close to me and I always feel good whenever I do that. And as what I have promised myself-an investment for every pay-out, be it small or big, I still wanna see the fruit of labor I have worked for every time.

Family Day @ Wildlife Park & Zoo

Sunday, February 10, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. - Our family day was held at Wildlife Park & Zoo which hubby and I agreed on for a change. It was actually our plan for last week's family day but we decided not to push through because of the rain.

The sky was gloomy today but we still went to Wildlife for our planned picnic. We really had a great time together, and I guess our little prince had enjoyed it much than what we had expected. It was his first time to be in that place. He was able to eye on the different animals he just seen for the very first time. He was hopping with his dad and my youngest bro., while me, holding the cam as I follow them.

I never missed a single chance to capture the moments. So here they go...

Nevermind that girl in the cottage. She probably doubted if I really had captured her, lolz.

Yea, this is where hubby and I would sit during our dating stage. We spent most of our time in this place, sharing stories and dreams that we never thought would still exist until now. I terribly missed those days when I would giggle and laugh of his corny stories (joke! hahaha!). This place is what we call, "Our Paradise." The place itself had witnessed the endless dreams we have come to live by, the bungalow at the top of the mountain, a wonderful bridge that we'd cross before reaching our home, 2 beautiful horses that would wait for us should we decide to breathe fresh air around the ranch...It may sound exaj but who cares when all these can actually make us real happy souls.
